Today it began raining when I didn't have an umbrella.

"It's punishment for coming to school today," said a stranger boy walking beside me.

I don't think it is a punishment, really. I like rain. Especially when I am at home in bed. So if at least one person was made happy by this rain and given a good little nap, then I guess the rain can't be something negative. Even if it seemed to be the bitter icing on my poorly baked Wednesday cake. Even if I'm still wet. Even if it was the one time I wasn't carrying an umbrella.

Rain isn't anything bad. We need the rain.

So even though I'm not having the most wonderful day ever, I shouldn't be discouraged by something I usually adore.

My advice to whoever reads this - when having a bad day, be thankful when things come that you love. Don't take out your worries and stresses on them because more than likely it isn't their fault.

People shouldn't make bad out of things that are good.
